Taller de Arte is the name under which Paula Francisca Ordóñez Casanoba presents and sells her work (Ecuadorian tax ID / RUC 1704612793001, sole proprietor, general regime). By purchasing artwork through this site (paulaordonez.me) you agree to the following terms.
The artwork
Every piece listed in the shop is an original, one-of-a-kind work. Since these are not mass-produced reproductions, once a piece is sold it's no longer available and cannot be replaced by an identical one.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include only the value of the artwork unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Payphone; this site never stores card data at any point. If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not considered confirmed and the artwork is not reserved.
Shipping
For shipping, especially international, the process works as follows: we first send you a quote covering packaging, freight, and insurance based on the destination; once you accept it, full payment for the artwork plus shipping is processed, and only then is the shipping label generated. The final cost may differ from an earlier estimate once the artwork has actually been packed and weighed — we will let you know before confirming any additional charge.
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination, and will be shared along with the shipping quote.
Returns and exchanges
Because these are one-of-a-kind original artworks, we do not accept returns for a change of mind once a purchase is confirmed. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage so we can review the case.
Intellectual property
Images of the artwork published on this site are the property of Paula Ordóñez and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical piece does not transfer any reproduction rights to its image.
