Taller de Arte is the name under which Paula Francisca Ordóñez Casanoba presents and sells her work (Ecuadorian tax ID / RUC 1704612793001, sole proprietor, general regime). This policy explains what data this site (paulaordonez.me) collects, how it's used, and how you can request its deletion.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Shop purchases: shipping and billing details needed to process and deliver your order.
- Payment data: processed directly by Payphone, our payment gateway. This site never stores card numbers or payment data.
How we use your data
- To answer your questions about artwork, commissions, or exhibitions.
- To process, pack, and ship orders placed in the shop.
- To coordinate studio visits when you request one.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
How the contact form is processed
Messages sent from the contact page are processed throughWeb3Forms, an external service that forwards the message by email. Web3Forms automatically retains each submission for 30 days on its platform and then deletes it on its own.
Data deletion
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by writing topaulaordonez@yahoo.com. We will honor your request by deleting the corresponding message from our inbox and, if applicable, the associated submission on the Web3Forms platform.
